EDUCATION

United Aid Foundation believes that one of the best ways to rise out of crisis and poverty is through education. That's why UAF has supported several schools and educational efforts around the world.

UAF is proud to have sponsored Kevin, a young woman from Northern Uganda. Kevin grew up during the dark days of war, and then the Aids crisis struck her region with a vengeance. She lost both of her parents in the war and helped raise her younger siblings.

UAF sponsored Kevin as she earned a masters degree in counseling. She wants to help her country recover from the emotional scars and move forward with strong mental health.

In Lahore, Pakistan, children often do not attend school. They simply cannot afford it. Many children opt for selling fruit or shining shoes on street corners. UAF has been proud to support the Hope Grammar School, which provides free tuition to children so that they can attend school, which will lead to better jobs and futures for them.
